Booking Notification

The booking notification email is sent when the end-user makes a reservation.

In order to manage this section you need to use the tags that are provided at the end of each section; you can send a cc of this email to the organizer as well. Also, you can select users and specific roles to send a copy of the email. Other features of this option include the ability to send custom emails and using HTML tags.

Verification Notification

Booking Verification Notification informs the users that they had a reservation and obliges the users to verify their order. The MEC plugin has an auto email section specifically designed for this purpose. Whether this email is sent or not depends on your settings for booking.

Cancellation Notification

If you have already sent the tag for cancellation link and the user has clicked on that to cancel a booking, booking cancellation notification email will be sent after cancellation has completed successfully. you can send a cc of this email to admin, event organizer, and the booked user as well. Also, you can select users and specific roles to send a copy of the email.
